My ArtVenture: Watercolour painting „@marochka“
It was about 3 weeks ago when I saw the post of @marochka who is a ballet dancer and performer but also she is very good in drawing portraits. The post was about herself, her photos one of captured my attention because of nice composition and the play of light and shadows. It was a long time when I did my last painting that is why today I just wanted to do this portrait using watercolour. I hope she likes it.

great to be inspired by someone and take as examples, it is good to reflect someone's image in a painting every expression counts, not every day you get inspired and suddenly you say I want to do it is his face. Greetings.

It is sometimes that we like to do someone else's portrait but not many do their own portraits :)
In one of the posts, I wrote that I like to give gifts to people I don't know. I take a photo from the Internet of a person who I liked or interested me in something, draw his portrait and send him a photo. But I never thought that the same thing could happen to me! Thanks!🤗🥰
It might have been a surprise for the person to receive such surprise. I actually made a painting of our First Minister and sent to her, because I really like what she is doing for Scotland but never heard anything back, hope she kept my work :)
I sent a portrait of Lady Gaga and the famous blogger and psychologist Blinovskaya, and there was no response either! I also noted stars in my Instagram posts, but they are mostly fans.groups.😊
But it is a good subject for us to practice our skills, especially they have so many photos everywhere. Have you tried any other medium watercolour of Oil/acrylic?
I agree, at the expense of practice! Because of the translation, I didn't understand the question. What techniques do I have? I am self-taught, while I paint only with charcoal and watercolor pencils.
