We are all have our plans for Christmas time, maybe many of us planning from the beginning of the year and others just very short notice plan. We often do plan to travel back to Muenster that is a city in North-West of Germany and it is University city. It is quite busy the whole year through because of students and people working. Actually the streets usually are full with vehicles and bicycles.
This time we arrived slightly before Christmas days and were lucky enough to visit the city in its Christmas activities. In order to see how the festive city is we decided to arrive early morning. The Christmas markets started at 11 AM. We decided to go by foot rather than taking any bus or taxi. We arrived to Train station and it was a big Christmas market and also the decorations like Joseph and Maria carved from wood. They were about 50 cm height and were at the feet of the Christmas tree.

After we arrived to one of the area where was a Christmas market we have seen this scene, there were tables made from casks and also in front of the every entrance to any shop there is at least one Christmas tree.
Here is the stall where smoked salmon is made and sold. I love salmon usually buy in supermarket, but on such market we have freshly smoked one. Of course there were some people who wanted to taste it.

Further on we have seen a Christmas Nativity crib with all necessary figures. The people love to stop there and to watch but also to make s picture of it.
Once we arrived back home we also set up our Christmas tree at home with also Nativity figures under the tree. The lights were switched on and the tree looks like that. This is our trip to Germany for Christmas.

I would like to invite my friends @bambuka, @apnigrich and @digi-me to this contest
