Hello my dear Steemians,
Today I wanted to invite you to the challenge running by Hindwhale Community:
What happens if motor vehicles are banned around the world? |

It is always a question, what if?
We can not tell for sure but we can try to imagine and see if that will do good or not.
Of course, it is a step forward to have a mode of transport not only for us just simple people but also to transport the stuff, for example, food, necessary equipment, but also basic services like police, firefighter and ambulances have to be able to perform their job.
That means we can not do without vehicle but we also know that we can not continue with motor vehicle using fossil fuel for that as this is a source of CO2 and climate pollution.
If motor vehicles are banned in the whole world then temperature will hopefully stop increasing, currently is going by by appr. 1 degree Celcius since 1880. Will it be good? Yes, it will, we face nowadays the consequences of global warming and see long period of time of hot and dry weather, the rivers in summer dry up and we have less rain but more extremely hot days.
There will be positive results of world without motor cars:
- less CO2 pollution
- less production of fossil fuel and fracking
What if the first electric car would have been developed further |

Do you know that the first ever car was electric and was invented by Scottish inventor Robert Anderson in 1832 and was able to ran wit 26 cm per hour speed and battery needed to be re-charged 12 hours after.
The first motor car came to market 1885 and was petrol-engined car, unfortunately that time it was easy to get petrol and difficult to have a long-life batteries.
From 1996-99 was another short period of time when electric cars were on market that was produced by "General Motors EV1" it was a push for ecological clean transport but unfortunately in 1999 the cars were taken back and we have once again no future of electric cars.

Slowly, we understand that we have to think about our future existence and our future generation. If we would like to preserve the planet how it is and give it to our children in this condition we have to change ourselves. During last couple of decades many vehicle producing companies started working on the alternative to motor vehicle and it is electric. slowly we have electric buses, trains or small planes. Who knows how far everything will be developed.
At present one of the favourite and necessary objects in our lives cars are electric alternatives. Of course, such car expensive now but who knows maybe few years later the electric cars will be cheaper.
Until then we can just dream about a future world of electric vehicles.

Motor vehicles are very important in our life, with the use of this vehicle we can travel anywhere we wish to go too. If it's banned it will affect us so badly.. wish you success boss

The world will definitely experience the negative consequences of stopping motor vehicles but one thing is certain that; there will be less carbon dioxide emissions from vehicles which has been affecting the environment negatively for decades now.

You are absolutely right that motor vehicles are not just used for people to travel but they also play an important role like taking patients to the hospital, doing fire fighting, asking for raw food from other countries, controlling inflation, there are so many works which are not possible without motor vehicles.
While it is also true that motor vehicles are the main source of pollution and if they are stopped, the environment will become much cleaner.

Thank you so much for sharing a contest with us .By reading your post , I come to learn that you gave various answer about your post.If the motorcar ban ,we will suffer a lot of .It took long time to reach from one place to another places. People used various kinds of vehicle in ancient time.If the people can take help from other vehicle,it will not be better than the other vehicle think that if there is no vehicles we will suffer a lot. we can not move easily from one place to another.If we use other vehicle instead of motorcar ,our environment will be from all kind of pollution. So, we all should participate in this competition to know various things. Good wishes for you.

If the motor vehicles are banned from the world, we have to confront both advantages and drawbacks. As you indicated, environmental contamination can be controlled to some extent. Furthermore, the supply chain for products and people will collapse. That will have a negative impact on humans across the planet.
