Spotlight and Support the users on Steemit, Issue #11: We are here to help!
Hello dear Steemians,
This is once again a new issue of my highlight magazine and I decided to put a mixture of everything. There are always something that we wanted to highlight and there is always someone who we would love to help. It is important to notice these users but that means we have to look through many different posts, to read every mentioning so that you do not miss any important messages.
This post today was inspired by the post that is done by one of the users who is very active everywhere she is feeling herself as at home by many communities and that is the main reason how I learnt more about her, so here are my selection for today.

@esthersanchez is one of the user who I came across in our community but while visiting her blog I noticed that she is active in many other Spanish speaking communities
She has a good taste when doing photography but also I noticed her beautiful collage skills while she was taking part in our challenges.
We have learnt about her lovely sons and that they have born with Autism that requires a lot of attention and care from parents and also require financial resources. I know that because of my nephew.
Today Esther issued a post where she is sharing the financial restrain in purchasing necessary nutritional products for her children, that is why I decided to include her and share the rewards from my post with her and for children.

Elke is one of the user who has her long term project and has the simple people in Uganda who she supporting with different fundraising projects. Her blog she is using to demonstrate what happened to the Donation and what help is provided. Sometimes it is used just for simple stuff that we need in our daily life like toilette or kitchen. It is nothing that we know from our countries but it is also essential for the people there.
I am happy to share the reward of this post with Elke and her project.

Adrian is one of the user who we knew for last few years and who is amazing artist. There are not many artists now on Steemit and we appreciate anyone who still staying here and sharing their beauty on this platform.
His painting always has a story to tell, there is topic that makes us to stop and study every detail of his work. He is using many different mediums and Oil is the King of any Art mediums, look yourself that is painting that deserves your support.
I am very happy to be able to share the reward of this post with these three wonderful personalities and it is a pleasure to present them here for you.

very good, your initiative is really very beautiful. I absolutely upvoted this post. Lately I've been concentrating on taking care of the profiles that write in the Italy community. the Italian community has been well supported in recent months and has had a truly very good leader.

It is a beautiful initiative that you are carrying out @stef1 and it is something that I particularly admire and today I am deeply grateful for. The fact is that you could never imagine that in the "cold" world of cryptos you could find people with so much sensitivity and human "warmth". Well I was on a break for a month due to some commitments,
First of all was Depawali Festival,one of the top Indian festivals and secondary wedding of my cousin and one more wedding of my friend.
I was totally absent on Steemit for a month.
But now I am back and I really missed you and the the entire Steemit Family.

I really had a great time, in all it was a big big get together of 500 People.
Well do you have any idea of Big Fat Indian Weddings,
The functions start atleast 7 days before the marriage date
. First of all Prayers for God Blessings
. Sagan or Ring Ceremony
. Bachelor party
. Mehandi ( Indian tattoo art for bridal)
. Marriage
. Reception
. Dinners organised by Relatives
And so on the roler coaster ride goes on for full 1 year of the marriage.
So what you say how is the idea😄
