Hello dear Steemians,

If you remember it was two months ago when we have planted strawberries in our garden by now they all are growing quite good and strong, only one is a bit weak. But many of them already have berries. We have not tasted them yet because the birds are much faster them us. Maybe they are sweet so that the birds picking them up.

I have few pictures of them, at the moment they are all OK and I hope that they will survive th is year and next year will come back strong and tasty.

Here are the snapshot of the our vine climbers. They are not really significantly grown but still we had quite a lot of wind so that many branches were broken and needed support. I have used my knitting yarn to give them some support and quite happy with the result. There are still few month till winter so hope they will be strong enough to come over winter.

The birds are very clever when they see a harvest, I hope they leave a little to share, how nice to have strawberries in your house from your own harvest,

Enjoy!

I can imagine that they also can't resist those beautiful red berries, they can enjoy this year so far.

😉The temptation is great!

Hello friend, I loved the strawberry plants and climbers. Hopefully soon you can eat the delicious strawberries. They may be sweet if the birds enjoy it. The land is very fertile and you also have good hands for planting.
Greetings and blessings. 🙏🌸

Yes, agree, we should use more of our garden and maybe next year will plant something else too :)

Your strawberries look great. I wish that I could get mine established. I have been trying for 4 years!

I love them too, actually I tasted one today, that was still a bit pale but it tasted nice, not very sweet but at the moment we are competing with birds so I decided to be first. Next year I definitely will cover them with some net to protect from bird :)

I have heard that painting little rocks to look like strawberries discourages the birds. You could also try putting little scarecrows in your patch. Something that moves and worries the birds.
