WEEKLY REPORT: Steem Representative 17- 23/07/23
Hello my dear Steemians,
Today I am presenting you my activity log from Holiday, despite of being on Holiday we have a big project to finish the renovation of the room of our son and hope to get ready today. Despite of that after work, I was back to Steemit activities and continued my work here. The reason behind is that only with our active support of our members and users who dedicated their time and part of their lifestyle for blogging we can retain many on this platform. Our role is not only to post and go away, the main aim of us of being here:
- find undervalued users, try to identify how to make their blog interesting and to give them advises
- it is often we see people who constantly posting but they are still not been supported, those users perhaps need to change something in their attitude of posting and being active to be seen
- the main key to success is engagement and interaction with others, that is the same what the Politician do, it is a simple wisdom that all of us know but not many use
That is something that I try to do, communicate, engage and support others, to tell the truth I really enjoy it, provided I have enough time for that.

I remain an active Moderator of WOX Community, that is my place and that is where I love to be.
I was asked if I would like to join some other Communities as Moderator,but it is not for me. There are many reasons for that. One of the most important is this is that is my home and I want everything to be running well here. I was here since the foundation of community and I believe in it. If I start something I need to feel connected to it with all my passion and dedication, this is what I can not do to have two things that I equally love, it just feels not real and not for me. I am a WOX Moderator and I love what I do here.
I try to dedicate some of my time to visit our Moderator Discord, of course, we share important stuff there and discuss anything like suspicious for Plagiarism or any abuse posts. We share any good posts that need to be supported and also we share any important news what happend on Steemit and some of us might not seen.
Still we have a privilege of using the Booming Community Support Program, that let's us to give additional support to our many users, every case we openly share in #booming channel in our Discord and we follow the rules of submission. In order to keep the transparency of our use of Booming support we leave our automated comment under the posts which are nominated for this. Also, end of each 7 days, I produce summarise post from @worldofxpilar account of the posts with links that received Booming support and Moderators who nominated.
Working as part of Team Millionaire in July |

In July I have a privilege of being a part of Curator Team Millionaire that was a new experience to support multiple contests and Winners throughout the platform. It was a good feeling to be able to support such users and give them opportunity to collect some Steem that they use as reward for the winners. Once again it was noticeable that Booming support gives a good push for communities and also brings new users who take part in the contests and become new members of different communities.

Organising Crowdfunding |

Being a Steemian now for many years, I feel that we should support each other in good and bad time. That is why another Initiative that I like to organise is to call the Steemians for taking part in Donation for different users in need. This time it was dedicated to the family of the Steemit user who became of victim of Ukrainian war.
Being a Steem Representative and having our Discord it makes it easy to reach the leaders of many communities and to spread the word or to get their support.
I am very grateful to everyone who joined our Call and supported the post, all the Steem that will come from the post is set up for sister of the user. If you have not seen the post, then please visit it and support.
I am grateful for the Steemit Team remaining the role model in supporting such action.

Hi @charter, yes, it is always difficult at the beginning, in order to get seen by others the best is to start taking part in the challenges that is organised by the @steemitblog.

There are many communities running the challenges, most of them is writing and you could try yourself. The good thing about it they are all will be visited by the moderators and also you will be seen. It is important for now that people see you name more often around, even in comments. When you write a good thoughtful comments then they are also been upvoted. So please be active and take everything in your hands, the start is always hard but once you are a bit seen around then it will just roll.

PS: By the way, when you do a post, you can do it as Diary Game, that m,eans you just tell about your day but in the title you should write:
"The Diary Game 25/07 (date), then just your own title", also you can use tag #thediarygame, tat one is visited by many curators
