SLC30-W2|Dessert Recipe : Coconut Pudding Recipe.

I hope you all are good and doing well. Today I'm here to be a part of this amazing contest SLC30-W2|Dessert Recipe : Coconut Pudding Recipe. organized by @selina1. I haven't tried coconut pudding before and not even see this recipe before. By go through the recipe it seems delicious and I'm going to try this.
Let's start today's recipe;

As I have told you above that i have never tried it before so I'm exactly following the same recipe that is given by teacher.

| Sugar | 2tbsp |
| Agar Agar powder | 1.5tbsp |

First, cut the coconut and extract the water from the coconut. Here, I have used Coconut that cut by the Coconut seller, he gave me cut Coconut separate and Coconut water in a bag too.
Now strain the coconut water with the help of a strainer to remove the Coconut pieces or shell from it.. Cut the coconut into small pieces .
Now , mix the coconut water with two tbs of sugar and agar agar powder in the amount required so that the agar agar powder mixes with the water.
Cook it.

*Now , put that pot on stove and cook the mixed coconut water for about 5 minutes and stir it with the help of a spoon. When it becomes sticky, remove it from the stove.

Then pour the cooked coconut water into a bowl and add the chopped coconuts in it. Then cool it and keep it in a normal refrigerator for three to four hours to set the pudding firm. Then take out the coconut pudding onto another plate.Then serve it when it gets cold.
- Delicious coconut pudding is ready to enjoy. Cut it into pieces or as you want to serve it.

This pudding mainly consists of coconut with its water and agar agar so these are health benefits that can we get from this.
Coconutis a highly nutritious, high-fat food packed with fiber, manganese, and medium-chain triglycerides . It supports heart health, digestion, and provides a quick energy source due to its unique fat composition.
Agar agar is zero-calorie, high-fiber (up to 80%) gelatin substitute. It aids digestion, help in weight loss, and helps manage blood sugar and cholesterol. It acts as a mild laxative , supports gut health, and provides essential minerals like calcium and iron.

The coconut pudding is really delicious and presentable dessert that can be made any time for any special guest. You can get appreciation from your friends and family by serving it to them .
