Unity in Diversity 🦅🐻🦢🦈

As I recall about my recent experience as a teacher at our school's Athletic Meet, a flood of memories from my own school days comes rushing back. Unlike the traditional house names I was accustomed to, here we have: Aquila, Ursa, Cygnus, and Cetus, each symbolizing strength and unity through their respective house logos – the eagle, bear, swan, and fish. My house is Ursa.

I was assigned to oversee the under-14 age category. The selection rounds held on January 17th and 18th and our students showcased their raw talents. It was heartening to witness their talents. And again the final rounds were on February 5th and 6th. We cheered for our house with high spirits even under the scorching sun.

This time, theme for the athletic meet was 'Unity in Diversity'. We had to stick to the theme when we build our houses. Each house had poured their heart and soul into constructing their houses, utilizing natural elements. Though Ursa emerged as the best house, the championship title was claimed by Aquila.

Post-event celebrations served as an indication to the unwavering support within our house, as Ursa teachers gathered to celebrate the joy of our collective efforts. Though the victory may have slip away from us this time, the memories we have in our hearts will serve as a constant reminder to us.
