Sad News - Tipu is shutting down on Steem
Hi guys, it was fun 8 years but sadly it's time to move on. @tipu will stop operating on 04.10.25, one week from now. In other words @tipu will be working for the next 7 days only.
The reason is that there's new law introduced in my country (EU region) where you need special license to operate any cryptocurrency related project. Of course it's hard to get, huge bureaucracy and fines if you many any mistake - and this is just not for me.
After this 7 days period, all transfers will be automatically refunded. Also please undelegate your steem power to @tipu.
Really really big thanks to anyone that ever used @tipu and all the best to everyone!

is it a EU law or national because , well
could it mean "posting and getting a virtual dollarcent" is a project ?
Basically anything where you receive / send other users funds.
that probably makes voting a technicality in the grey zone that's decided per case depending on the present judge and lawyers ... sounds like europe allright . Sorry to see you go , man , never had any complaints about your stuff
