My Actifit Report Card: May 6 2024

어제 11시쯤 , 보통보다 1시간이상 일찍 잠자리에 들어서 인지 아침이 훨신 가볍습니다.
정신없는 월요일 오전이지만 컨디션이 좋아서 오늘은 등운동을 평소보다 조금 중량을 들었더니 오후는 조금
피곤했습니다.

오늘은 저녁에 한국과 회의가 있어, 어차피 저녁8시까지 기다려야해서 , 라떼 한잔도 하면서 조금 쉬어가면서 했더니 훨씬 덜 지치는 것 같습니다.

회의 끝나고 9시, 일 할게 조금 남았지만, 그냥 집으로 왔습니다. 이젠 야근할 체력도 점점 바닥나는 것 같습니다.
