This story is about a lady in argument with a tricycle driver (Keke).The lady entered the Keke,got to her destination and brought out #500, paid the guy and demanded for her balance of #250 .
The driver told her to get out of his Keke, as she got down waiting for the balance this driver kick start the tricycle to take off then the lady jumped back in and held him for her balance.
He immediately turned and hit her on the face and they started fighting.while on the fight her phone fell off and the driver deliberately broke the screen with his feet.Passerbys came and rescued the lady,while they were beating the driver for beating a lady,she broke the tricycle screen and tore the leather .

The drive was released from passerbys he called the police to arrest his passenger.Immediately she fell on the floor with the advice of a road seller woman and they started pouring water on her claiming she's unconscious and pregnant.The police arrived at the scene, arrested the driver with the passenger also took the spoilt keke with them.
On getting to the station they were locked up after questions but the guy refused instructions and he was beaten by them and pushed in then the inmates finished up the beating on him.
Meanwhile the lady was giving a comfortable lock up considering the pregnancy she claimed .
They both bailed themselves the next day with #30,000 each and were asked to come back in two days time.On day the appointment day,the lady's menses showed up and she took advantage of it by telling them at station that she's dropping due to the guys beating on her.From there the police sent them to hospital,she gave the doctor signs then he played along.He gave her some drugs and charged #56 000 which the guy paid.
This driver continued reporting at the station and spending money for beating a pregnant woman,he started pleading with her to withdraw the case.Even as i tell this story the case is still on,they report whenever they were asked to and the driver's business is on hold for now because his Keke is in police custody.
The lesson in this story is that wisdom is necessary in all things.If this lady had applied wisdom in this matter she wouldn't have experienced passing a night in police cell,her phone wouldn't have been destroyed and could have used the money spent fixing it for something else.She would have not embarrassed herself fighting on the road.
On the side of the guy if he wasn't foolish #250 wouldn't have cost him all he has spent already even more to spend because it's not yet over.
Let's endeavor to resist temptation no matter were it's coming from because you never can tell the extent it will go.

The story was going well and my emotions were getting high until I got to the point where the police and inmates assaulted the autorickshaw driver.
You see, this is wrong by all standards. That was a case of assault between the driver and the lady. Globally, the police is required to investigate the issue and charge the matter to court if need be. Or just resolve things amicably with both parties since both of them were wrong.
They have no business assaulting accused persons. That's infringing on their fundamental human rights to fair hearing, personal liberty and dignity of the human person.
You wouldn't advocate for this to be a norm. Because if the police is allowed to beat up people at will, you could end up at the station due to false accusation and return with only two teeth left, that's after they discover that you were innocent this whole time.
This is why we have laws prohibiting extra-judicial treatments. It is high time citizens know their rights.
Hahahaha, sounds funny because the love for money rules out human right from time to time.personally i would prefer my peace of my mind depending on the country am dealing with.Before the police gives a fair hearing you must be in their station and once you get there you can't come out leaving nothing behind.Talking about handing over the matter to court i won't advise anyone to desire such after my experience with court unless if you have excess financial strength.thanks @ahbaz for your time
