STEEM4NIGERIA NATIONAL MEETUP 2.0

The vibes were high , I'm sorry but you missed if you were not there.
I met with fellow creators and curators. We swapped stories, jokes, games and some crypto tips.

The meetup was supposed to kickstart by 2 pm on Friday,the 29th of November, 2025 as greed, but due to late turn out, it began at some minutes after 4 pm.

I was late too ,when I got to the venue, which is known as the Oba sporting Complex, I met some steemians who were already there present.
People like bossj23, @alli001 , @leosmart @sahmie and @freshgrace.

freshgrace is actually a new comer and he's already doing great on the platform.
We shared some thoughts together and he also told me how he joined the Steemit platform.

Some people had already gotten thier T-shirts the previous day . I didn't, same with most attendees.

It was at the arrival of our mama , in person of @ngoenyi that people present got their T-shirts, which I did as well.

While waiting for others to arrive, allison warmed the place with some music Jams.

After some minutes of waiting, people like @bessie2023 , @nsijoro , @alibrain ....etc came along . Quite a good number to kickstart the even.

The event started with an Introduction of attendees and member's of the high table , with an opening remark and a welcome speech given by sir @xkool24 who I'm certain was the chairman of the event.
This session was anchored by the able MC of the event @bossj23.

While this was going on , the MC made sure that those who were not physically joined virtually on WhatsApp video call.

A quick giveaway session followed which users where asked to drop thier phone numbers in the STEEM4NIGERIA group chat.

The Discussion Session

Members of the high table were asked to talk about various topics pertaining to Steemit as a whole.

Topic such as ; The growth of Nigerians on Steemit Blockchain— Challenges and Benefits.** Which was deliberated by @ngoenyi.

In wholesome summary, Steemit is a social media platform that allows users to earn income as they invest, create and curate contents on the platform.

The learning session

Bossj23 Decided to share some photography tips to users, so as to enable them come up with good and nice quality images as thumbnails for their post on steemit.
He talked about lighting, direction, Angel and shot level for standing and sitting posture of a figure and so on.
It was actually impactful.
After teaching ✍️, he used the help of some attendees to experiment what he taught.

The games session

After the discussion session, the next session was the games.
The games were anchored by the MC too. But with the help of the dignitaries on the high table, there was a scorer and timekeeper.

The game was fun , I took part in it.
Along side @jossie90 and @emisheal60 as a team. But, we were defeated. Just like that 😂😂.

Contribution Session

Madam ngoenyi asked the attendees to tell others about thier various income earnings skill wether prevocational or digital.

It was as if no one was willing to identify. So she started calling out people.

@kinkyamiee told about her digital skills, which revolves around coding, web development, AI, data analysis, etc.
She also said she would be teaching these things from now henceforth on her blog.

@goodybest came in with the cooler of food. I guess that was her own contribution.😂
Anytime I need motivation to write, I do visit her page.
She was away for some time, now she's back and back for good.
Lady meetup, she served us right, this one, the same.

@freshgrace also seized the opportunity to introduce himself again and also tell the people how he got to know about steemit and his beliefs on what the future holds about steemit and steem coin as a whole.

Bossj23 Took to the stage to present a Nigerian and Pakistan song for us.
It was nice though. Although some person made jokes out of it.😂
I'm guilty as well.

This was the time I said good bye to them. I needed to be home . It was already pass 7 pm , and I was not feeling my legs any longer 😂

1.0 was good , 2.0 was better , 3.0 will be the best of the three.
