Ingredients:
- milk-250 ml.
- water-250 ml.
- sour cream-250 gr.
- sugar-40 gr.
- salt-15 gr.
- yeast-15 gr.
- wheat flour-1 kg.
- chicken egg-1 PC .
- vegetable oil-20 gr.
- Suluguni cheese-60 gr.
- minced meat-700 gr.
- onion - 80 gr.
- carrots-100 gr.
- celery-60 gr.
- garlic-30 gr.
- bulgur-120 gr.
- greens-to taste
- tomatoes (in own juice) - 350 gr.
- chicken broth-450 ml.
- hot sauce - 50 gr.
Preparation:
- Sifted flour.
- In warm milk (about 20 degrees) dilute yeast, salt, sugar and stir the resulting mass.
- Gradually stir in all the flour into the milk mass, add sour cream and egg.
- Remove the dough in a warm place for 20-30 minutes, to give him time to "come up."
- After, as dough "is now over", they roll his balls on 300 gr. and put it in the fridge.
- Vegetables with garlic pull off through a meat-grinder.
- Then crank meat through a meat grinder.
- Fry the vegetables over medium heat for 8-10 minutes on olive oil.
- Add bulgur, put out.
- Periodically stirring, add broth.
- On low heat cook for another 25-30 minutes.
- Add adjika, salt, pepper and herbs (large cut).
- The finished filling to cool and mix with grated on a coarse grater, Chicken.
- On covered flour table roll out the dough with a thickness of 0.8 cm at the side of the cake to leave 2-3 cm
- Put a layer of dough into shape.
- Lay out the stuffing (300 gr.), level.

- Bake at 210 degrees for 20 minutes.
