Shrove Tuesday might have been last week, but it was such a success, that the kids wanted more...
And of course, there can be only one master pancake tosser in our house, and that duty falls to me
From batter to belly, my technique is flawless!!! One large scoop of fresh pancake batter - plain flour, garden fresh eggs, pinch of salt and milk to mix..
Gives the best batter and a smooth and tasty pamcake. Dont forget to butter the pan, to give that crispy appearance and golden finish.
Add Nutella and an unhealthy scoop(or 2) of ice cream - roll, cut, sprinkle with sugar, and hey presto - diabetes on a plate.
Worth the insulin spike to be fair, but i wouldnt have them all year round.
Whats more basic that a batter mix covered in chocolate and ice cream? The kids love it and it takes little to no time to prepare.
