When my area is hit by summer, I often make cakes made from ingredients like this Strawberry Chocolate Marquise and I also often make fruit puddings and biscuits. I often make them with additional ingredients like fruit, chocolate and caramel. I like making cold cakes and I also like them.

If it has thickened, add one tablespoon of margarine. Then stir again and let it cool for a while then put it in the prepared pan.
After that, add some pieces of mari biscuits, here I arranged them on top of the two layers of chocolate cake. Mari biscuits. Then I also added two tablespoons of clear agar-agar to glue the biscuits together. Leave them to harden for a while. While waiting for them to harden, we prepare the strawberry layer.

📌 This is a tip that I think is very important based on my personal experience making Marquis in a non-stick pan makes the Marquis smoother and there are no lumps so I suggest you to make this Marquis in a non-stick pan
