If we really want to dig, I wouldn't be surprised it's probably 50/50 in terms of good and bad.
Perhaps we are going to want to add "trail abuse" to the SFR categories but we'd have to write up specific criteria.
I was gonna say 'sponsor of abuse', but I'm not in charge. :v
