This report is from the last round of @neutralizer and @randohealer upvotes intended to counter the downvotes of the Steemit Defence League botnet powered via delegations from the @steem account creation faucet.

Pull request is being coordinated for the delegations of these malicious downvoters. Here is the current list that was compiled with assistance from @johngreenfield who also happened to be targeted. The downvoting accounts are as follows in Python list format for my coders out there:

It doesn't take much to be added to their exclusive downvote list. If you support Steem abuse fighting projects like @steemcleaners or @steemflagrewards, chances are you have already made the cut. And @camillesteemer, who we suspect to be the bot operator, really has a thing out for @berniesanders, @nextgencrypto, and @abuse reports so supporters of these will get you an in on the SDL downvote "service" as well.

Bottom line is that flagging should be used for curation purposes and not revenge for disagreeing on what others choose to vote on. That sort of behavior goes against the principles of freedom and using our stake to support the content of our choosing.

Code updates:

• Post Rewards must be less than $5 SBD to qualify for healing upvotes. This is intended to reserve voting power for users that may be struggling on the platform for support that would be more susceptiable to these downvotes (however miniscule they are) as being a factor to their attrition from the platform. Just imagine if you will the effect these annoying downvotes can have on a plankton user leaving thoughtful comments on posts only to be downvoted lower down the thread before they are even seen. That could be frustrating. To high SP users, not so much.

• Due to Steem-Python issues, voting operations are now conducted through beem provided by @holger80. Highly recommend this stable and very actively developed graphene based Python library for Steem.

How can you help?

• Follow @neutralizer and @randohealer. This will have a two-fold effect of getting us closer to @busy.pay upvotes (which is determined by follower SP) and keep you informed of upvote reports to support and help these bots grind SP to keep up with the faucet exploitation.
