I'm mostly talking to people who have the ability to remove the votes and save people a lot of voting power.

It seems that people lack the ability to spot plagiarism, even when it's so obvious.

A lot of times it isn't obvious, I mean I know with almost no doubt it is plagiarism, but I got to be able to prove it to take action and that's another story and a huge amount of time.

They blindly upvote just because there is already a considerable reward on the post, so it must be "worthy
