I think there in no big issue in self voting if the content is good enough and the the self voter is only seeking some popularity for his content.
But to be Honest, this guy @haejin is posting some shitty technical analysis everyday and the problem is not only him but also dozens of stupid people who upvote every-time He posts something even if It has no value at all.
