Feeling better today ✨
Today I’m happy because I’m finally feeling a little better. Yesterday I had some cramps and honestly my energy was pretty low, so I spent most of the day trying to rest and take things slowly.
Luckily today feels different. My body feels calmer, my mood is lighter, and I can finally smile again without feeling so uncomfortable. It’s amazing how much we appreciate feeling normal again after a difficult day.
Sometimes we forget how important it is to listen to our body and give ourselves permission to rest when we need it. Yesterday was definitely one of those moments for me. I took it easy, relaxed, and tried to be patient with myself.
Now today I’m feeling more positive and much more like myself again. Not completely full of energy yet, but definitely better than yesterday, and honestly that already makes me feel grateful.
