A Quiet Moment of Tiredness and Sadness 🤍🌙

Today I feel tired, and a little sad too. Not the dramatic kind of sadness, but the soft, heavy one that makes your heart slow down. Sometimes it arrives without asking, and all you can do is sit with it for a while. I think it’s okay to say it out loud: today isn’t one of my brightest days, and that’s fine.

I’ve been moving gently, without forcing myself to be cheerful. When you’re tired and sad, what you need most is understanding — from others, but also from yourself. I made myself something warm, sat quietly, and let my thoughts breathe. There’s comfort in not pretending, in just allowing your feelings to exist for a moment.

On days like this, manga and anime become more than hobbies for me. They feel like soft company. A calm story, a familiar character, a peaceful scene can hold your emotions in a way words sometimes can’t. I don’t need excitement today, just something that reminds me I’m not alone in how I feel.
