Spinning Lately… Can You Tell? 🚴♀️✨
Lately I’ve been going to spinning classes, and I have to say… I’m actually really proud of myself. It hasn’t been easy waking up early or pushing through the tired moments, but every time I finish a session, I feel stronger — not just physically, but mentally too. There’s something empowering about moving your body, sweating, and knowing you’re doing something good for yourself.
And now I have to ask… can you tell? Do you think it shows in my hips? I feel like they’re a little firmer and more defined lately. Maybe it’s subtle, maybe it’s just in my head, but I can see small changes when I look in the mirror. More than anything, I feel the difference. My posture feels better, my energy is higher, and I walk with a bit more confidence.
Spinning has become my little challenge of the week. The music, the rhythm, the intensity — it pushes me out of my comfort zone. At first I was nervous, but now I actually look forward to it. It’s funny how something that seems hard at the beginning can become something you enjoy.
Of course, after a tough session, all I want is to go home, shower, put on comfy clothes, and relax with a good manga chapter. Balance is everything, right? A little sweat, a little self-care, and a little anime to reward myself.
No matter what the mirror says, I’m happy I’m taking care of myself. And that confidence? That’s what really shows. 🚴♀️💖✨
