Typical snacks aceh.
Anyone want to know tips for making rujak better? ;)
Ingredients:
Pineapple, kuini, mango, cucumber, papaya, cashew, batok, rumbia, sawo, etc. (just adjust with what is preferred)
Peanuts, digongseng first (try to mature perfectly, to taste more savory) then mashed (not too crushed)
Sweet soy sauce, liquid sweets, sugar, salt
Chili cayenne, try the green-green only.When it is red, it will smell "meuhong" (: the Acehnese say so).
How to make:
Fruits are cut with a size that is not too small
Blend cayenne pepper, add salt, sugar, and candied liquid and nuts
Stir well until the spices are mixed perfectly with the ingredients.
Serve!
