I love music, and listening to gospel, inspirational, and motivational songs in particular helps to lift my spirit and heal all of the wounds caused by life anxiety. I love drawing, painting and craft-making; exploring the beeauty of nature is one exciting activity i engage daily with. When I'm stressed, I find relief by watching a movie.
