Taking a break from Running

There wasn't much activity today. Minimal walking, no cycling and of course no running. My legs need recovery from yesterday's run, so I was hiding behind my desk today.

I took it on July 25th. Today it was rainy and a typical cool autumn day.


Heute gab es keine großen Aktivitäten. Minimales Walking, kein Radfahren und natürlich auch kein Laufen. Meine Beine brauchen vom gestrigen Lauf Erholung, deshalb verkroch ich mich heute hinter meinem Schreibtisch.

Ich habe es am 25. Juli aufgenommen. Heute war es regnerisch und typisch herbstlich kühl.
