My Actifit Report Card: May 7 2019

Hola Steemit,

I spent most of the day strapped to the computer working until late afternoon.

After that I managed to smash out a much better result today. I managed to get out of the house and get my walking shoes on. I had some business to do in the city and afterwards I went walking around the city and Southbank before heading home. I tried to snap some photos of the city skyline for you all to enjoy but I quickly found that my new smartphone's camera is not as good as my old phone's camera when it comes to night photography.

Aside from walking I spent a little time this evening working out at home trying to build my upper-body strength to replace the fat I burn with some muscle mass.

I am still off sugar and sweet food and doing well with my diet. The worst treat I have been having this week is coffee, which due to the milk content can be seen as a source of liquid calories.

The rest of this week is going to be a busy one and I should be able to get out and about doing lots physical activity as a part of my everyday life.
