My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2018
Today I spent about 25 minutes in the sauna off and on. It was at 190 so I was sweating instantly.
After, that I performed 5 pull ups, one at time (don't judge me)
@blockgators tracked today a total of 4565 moves/activity via Actifit Fitness Tracker.
This involved performing activity related to Treadmill
