Fitness, ugh.

I haven't been active since mustering out of the military over a decade ago. I realize its benefits and applaud you for your dedication. Keep it up your lifelong and you'll be healthier for it.

Haha, well I work in the fitness industry so I need to practice what I preach. There are definitely days where it feels like a chore, but I have never regretted a workout once it was done! I do tend to enjoy the process, but even more I know how I feel when I fall off the routine and that motivates me more than anything. I start getting grumpy when I haven't run for a while. ;)
