That tree looks like I feel, all drained and wrung out! I’m sure your all bored hearing me moan on how over worked I am - but seriously I roasted getting on 50kg of coffee today and at 5kg every 15 minutes that’s a ton of time. Plus new enquiries, trying to order enough stock in before suppliers shut for Christmas - and then you get the people ringing up wanting 36kg of custom coffee roasting and packing and shipped to arrive next day! Sure I’ll just clone myself so one me can roast while the tother me packs labels and ships.

      I TOTALLY know the feeling brother. Sorry man. Thats been my world for the last 5 plus years. No days off, 12-14 hour days minimum. Its a perpetual Ground hogs day for me. Hope it gets better for you brother.👍

          Just coffee I’m smelling at the moment, extremely dark roasted too - 100 kilos of Brazillian Peaberry for a customer that is going to coat them in chocolate !
