Did not have an exciting event but as usal practiced Sax with socalled "Awesome Ensemble" for a son's wedding ceremony of my friends. Not much of walk but ate too much after the practice. Not easy to loose weight!

At least you had a good practice. Food must have been great for you to have eaten that much. Do have a great day.
