Cows can kill you! May 15 2019
Halfway through my walk today... Oblivious to what was right beyond those trees (cuz I had my earbuds in)...
For the first time in my life...I thought I really might die.
No really!!!!!
I saw movement...and... Fur? I couldn't tell.
A BEAR!?!?
Worse???? MULTIPLE BEARS!?!?
MOMMA BEARS!?!!
no wait.
Waiting.... listening.. peeking.seeing movement still.
Horses?
Oh are there people riding horses????
COWS.
A lot.of them that got loose. no fence.
And they can get spooked and trample me!!!
Do I turn around? Will they chase me? And that one has horns!!!!!
Ummmmmm. Maybe I'll just ...oh. hello!
(They ALL came to the edge of the road and watched me, watching them)
I think I will try to live.
Turned around and the sound of hooves, stampeding... And my life flashed before my eyes.
But... They were running away. They had gotten free from.the ranch and they weren't about to get ratted out by the likes of me!
Thankfully.... I can live another day to walk again! 😂😂😂😂

there were trees around but i kept thinking.. i think they will all attack like some cow gang and no tree will save me! hahahahahaha
i mean - its obvious to be scared of the one with horns. but those other cows are HUGE too - and you can just get trampled by their size and weight !
don't believe me? ask the poor frog that was in their way on the road. hahahahaha so so sad! saddest death ever! LOL
Haha! Tell me about it. Usually they are pretty docile, but if they are pissed off or scared it is no joke!

heheheh well at first i was so excited that i might see bears up here (they are the shy bears that no one really sees... i think ummm black bears? ) and i couldn't believe that i had FINALLY seen one!
and then i saw it was a lot of movement and i thought ummm i think they won't be very shy if there are so many. maybe they are momma bears that will come attack! LOL
and then.. nope. not bears. cows. hahahahaha

Eek big scary bears!!
Yeah, I've been chase by cows before. They get excited and then gallumph at you. Key thing is, never ever run because that just makes them chase harder. Wave arms and sticks if you have them. They soon change their minds. And... look to put a barrier between you as soon as you can... just in case that inquisitive excitement turns into a full pelted run!!
