My Actifit Report Card: February 5 2020
Happy Hump Day!
These are my sidekicks, we're preparing a few more packages for kids in Turkey and these wee guys decided to help us out. Well, they were a part of the shipment of bears that I ordered.😃
So, today. I woke up with a really bad headache. Maybe it was from my home being so cold or something else. However, I went for a short walk of about 2.5 miles. I also managed to do 10 mins on my elliptical machine but had planned to do 30+ mins. Alas, I was running short on time. 😿
Tomorrow I may try to do 4 or 5 mile walk but that depends on the weather as it has been terrible as of late. In the evening, I will do a weight session at my home gym.💪
So far, I've failed to give up chocolate completely, but I have significantly reduced my intake. My longterm goal is to give up all processed sugar, so far I am down to one or two chocolate bars a day with no other processed sugary foods. 😵
Anyway, I shall bid you all fairwell and a goodnight! 😊
