My Actifit Report Card: February 19 2020

I said in my yesterday's post that the weather is warming up, that was s hasty decision as it's not true. It's not really warming up. We had a few warm days and that's all, it's back to its normal below 0 temperature in the morning. -3°C at the moment of writing.

This is what it was like yesterday morning, foggy.

My activity for yesterday means mostly walking and cycling.

8 very slow km, again. I guess I really need some vitamins to up the tempo. I'm just dragging myself. Need to change something very soon and bring myself back to life.
