User rank actually fluctuates as you're probably aware, due to the the several factors involved including a date/time factor.
Which is why at the moment the user rank was captured, it was showing at this value, while at a different time you are correct your value would be different.

yes, especially following an actifit upvote. Every time you get a vote on your post, your rewarded posts count increases, which "could" result in an increased user rank, depending how many you had in the last 10 days

I mentioned it because it was the other way around - the rank first dropped and then climbed back.
