My Actifit Report Card: April 30 2019

Foggy morning so I decided to walk in the morning to the local shops and picked up some shopping. Walked back home. After lunch I ran up through the woods and down to the lakes. Sat there for an hour watching the birds. Then ran along the railway and back home.
