My Actifit Report Card: July 24 2019
What a busy glorious day. I woke up weak because of insufficient sleep having worked throughout the night.
I did rope skipping and settled down to writing. Later i went in a search of church venue which i have finally found a place.
I deliberately trekked all the distance as a part of exercise. I got home and prepared rice and stew for my children.
After eating, i went back to editing my writings. Am still working till now.
