My Actifit Report Card: August 22 2019

First day back in the gym was yesterday. I pulled up okay. Did some cardio, core work, and of course the walk to and from the gym.

I have not wandered into the free weights area yet. I need to learn to "hussle" my sets quicker because it feels like I do hardly any resistance training.
