It’s crazy how fast 2019 has gone by. We are just over 100 days away from 2020. Where does the time go?
Shoulders and back today. Have been doing more band work lately trying to tone and increase range of motion. Was able to dumbbell press 55lbs today which was a nice surprise.
I need to find the right balance between weights and HIIT. Want to keep building muscle while staying lean and athletic. That’s not too much to ask for, is it?
