I actually don’t even keep the app open
It’s just clocking in all my movement
And I check on it every now and then to see if I am close
Then I make sure I post to steemit before midnight for it resets to 0
I am going to let @actifit take the question

Hmmm, that's weird because when I am closing the App it stops... And how much do I need? I mean do I need to have a certain amount of steps to post it?
At least 1k to post on to steemit
