My Actifit Report Card: November 13 2018 - Active Day, and Double Delegation
27K is an above average day! 😎👍
Well I'm done with the Halloween candy so the sugar isn't powering me anymore, but it's been cold so I've been drinking some coffee. I'm sensitive to caffeine so I just have 1/4 scoop of instant caffeinated coffee and a scoop of decaf. Even that small amount gets me going!
My Movement
In addition to my normal moving around to my music, I also took a walk which had some periods of running in it, but it was mostly just walking. When I got home, I lifted weights, did some sit-ups and drank some carrot juice.

I've been thinking about this for a while and today I doubled my delegation to @actifit. I'm still excited about this project and I want to be more involved in it. This should get me some more actifit tokens and I'll be happy about that!
