My Actifit Report Card: November 9 2019
3.2 mile late morning run. We're over a week into November and it's still over 80f here, but it felt a lot hotter than that. I haven't committed to the 100 consecutive days of running, but it feels good to get a solid run in.
Good job with your @actifit steps! I am sorry it's so hot there. Right now, hot isn't a good thing for me. I hope your evenings are cooler. Have a good one!
Thank you. I shouldn't complain, when it's colder (winter or early mornings), it's so much more difficult for me to motivate to run.
