My Actifit Report Card: September 25 2019
Although I had worked today I still felt like getting out and hit the ground running. I thought I would change it up a little bit.
First I did my usual run. This time I only went around 3.5km and wanted to try some 200m sprints after about 3-5 minutes of rest.
for whatever reason, nike run club was acting up and didn't count each km separately so I cant see the time I hit for each one.
the first one was easy to maintain, the second required a considerable amount of effort to keep and I couldn't commit all the way on the last one. After another short break I repeated some more, hitting about 4:33 before I couldn't go anymore. It feels like my legs were thoroughly worked this run.
