It's more of a normal interval I guess. Although that 1k at the beginning and end would kind of make it fartlek.

Fartlek is more unpredictable I think. I sometimes do it - I just go out running without plan changing pace every 250m-500m-750m-1000m with different intensity of pace varying between slow job to almost sprint. It's less boring than just normal interval training.
