My Actifit Report Card: July 17 2019

Goal fulfilled 10,000 steps, a lot of disposition, a lot of health, tranquility and especially Peace of Spirit.

Positive thoughts attract positive things.

Living in a coastal city in the State of Ceará Brazil gives me an almost permanent vacation and today when I saw a picture of classmates in the National High School of Setúbal I became aware that here we do not get old, but here we live and rejuvenate.

Meta cumprida 10.000 passos, muita disposição, muita saúde, tranquilidade e principalmente Paz de Espírito.

Pensamentos positivos atraem coisas positivas.

Vivendo numa cidade costeira no Estado do Ceará Brasil me proporciona umas férias quase permanentes e hoje quando vi uma foto de colegas de turma no Liceu Nacional de Setúbal tomei consciencia que aqui não se envelhece, pelo contrário aqui se vive e rejuvenesce.
