My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2019..... Terrific Tuesday ๐ฏ๐๐ฟ๐จ๐๐ฃ๐โ ๐๐๐ชโจ
Hello Everyone ๐,
A very warm welcome to my Tuesday report ๐. Glad you stopped by and keep reading ๐ as I quickly breakdown how my day has been.
It was another early start for me as I pursued an automaticwin. It was cold and cloudy as I set out on the jog๐ around the neighborhood.
After that awesome session ๐ I rushed back ๐จ home to get ready for work. I took a quick shower ๐ฟ and in a few moments I was on the commute.
I arrived at the office right on time and got on with my assigned tasks. Just another ordinary Tuesday.
Lunchtime came with the mini walkation ๐ฃ enjoying the warm sunshine ๐.
Getting back to the office we had a staff meeting. Then I finished off and concluded my duties for the day before heading back home.
At home I rested,snacked and steemed a little bit. Checking on some of your fantastic posts. When my eyes got tired I set out for the usual sunset โ
walk ๐.
I walked around the neighborhood then to the main road, finally the shopping center and back home.
I finished off my activities recording the seven77 pushups ๐ช, then had dinner and now posting๐

Great stepping activity and sounds like you really had a fantastic day with all your activities today. As always the pictures of the city and itโs green nature landscape are looking spectacular. Nice music selections from the J-5 and M. Carey theyโre fantastic.
