Happy Saturday or is it Caturday😹, am really missing Bob on the day he and other furry friends get a chance to rule the blockchain🐈.
Anyways, I have had a great day here in London. As always thank you for stopping by and please keep reading 👓 as I let you in on how my day unfolded including the trending stories from around the world.
Let's get cracking💨.
So today I began with a brief walk around the neighborhood trying to get some groceries from around the corner. It was cloudy but the sun 🌞 kept peeping through😹.
Later in the morning my walk continued at the London bridge and Tower bridge. A sunny day unfolded as I made my way around that big river.
I made it back home safe and sound, then was checking out the trending stories and catching up on the ongoing football. Manchester united pulled a fast one on league leaders, Man city to win the FA cup🎊 congratulations 🎉 to them😹. Well done💯.
Later this evening, I had my last walk, as always slow paced and relaxing to close off the day.
So that was the stepping and now let's get into the trending stories of the day.
We begin in Gaza, another horrendous day as Israel intensified attacks in Rafa. This despite UN's top court decision yesterday asking them to halt offensive🙀.
Other attacks took place in the north as Israeli forces advanced on Jabaliya refugee camp. 54 people reportedly killed😿.
Over in Israel, thousands of anti govt protesters have faced off with police in Tel Aviv. They are demanding the safe return of at least 125 people being held hostage by Hamas in Gaza.
They want PM Netanyahu, to reach a deal with Hamas to ensure safety of their loved ones.
In the other war, Russia has hit areas of Kharkiv killing at least four civilians😿. Later on Saturday, Ukrainian attacks killed three people in Russia's Belgorod region🙀.
Also trending, German police have cracked down on student pro Palestine protesters. Police labelled the students as terrorist sympathisers🙀. The students say their right to free speech is under attack.
Across the pond in the US, thousands of protesters against war in Gaza are attending a conference in Detroit, Michigan. The peoples conference for Palestine runs for three days discussing strategies to help ease the situation.
In Washington DC, Trump is expected to address the Libertarian National convention. The republicans have always had a tough time trying to convince libertarians to vote for them😹.
Finally, fearing war with China, civilians in Taiwan are preparing for disaster🙀.
China has been carrying out military drills around the island as punishment for their separatist ideals😹. They must unite with the motherland 🙀 but they want to be independent.
