My Actifit Report Card: March 8 2023
While I take multiple short walks a day, the biggest chunk this day as it is on most days that I work from the office is a walk around the mall at lunch time. While the distance varies somewhat depending on the day, it is usually about a mile. I barely made it over the 5K minimum this time but I should have more steps next time.
The picture above is of my cat taken a few days ago. She was surrounded by balloons and she cared not at all. Apathy is her primary emotion.
