Running, Walking, Starbucks and Rain on My Actifit Report Card: January 6 2019
I ran to work, because I was running late. It was raining lightly.
Work at Starbucks was slower than usual, but I stayed active and gained over 4K in @actifit activity.
My coworker and shift supervisor made this cute happy face on a Hot chocolate.
I walked around the block on my break, and I tried to stay dry.
I walked the long way home once again, and ended up with 10k in activity.
Instead of calling it quits for the night, I decided to walk back to work to get my weekly coffee markout.
It was raining a little harder tonight, but most of the downtown buildings have awnings, so I stayed dry.
@luvbnamome hasn’t been feeling well since her last chemo treatment, so I picked up her coffee markout as well.
I’m really happy to report above 13,000 activity count for today’s @actifit post.
