Congratulations to the Ethereum blockchain, the “merge” to proof of stake was a success!🤗
Some have compared this to changing out an engine in a plane in mid flight!😳
Just like the work on my neighbors off grid cabin, ETH has much work ahead.
The transaction per second will remain the same, along with the gas fees for now………..
I will be watching Twitter, for any information from Ledger support about staking ETH on Ledger Live.🤔
Silvertop was busy working today as well! It was time to remove my wood burning chimney cap, and clean the creosote from the chimney!
I installed this rotating chimney cap last year, it needs to be disassembled each year then lubricated with high temperature grease, then reassembled!😇
You can see it was time……. I cleaned out a full bucket of ash!😲
Today was my weekly Actifit Moderator call on Discord as well, and I had a good chat with Paul another Moderator.
He informed me that the blockchain Helium, is proposing to scrap the “Proof of Coverage” and their blockchain entirely, and switch to Solana!🤔
Helium’s Crypto will be migrated to the Solana blockchain as well.
They are calling this proposal “HIP 70”
On Solana they will then have “Oracles”. I am assuming this would be the same as nodes/ validators/ witnesses, whatever term you choose to use………
Crypto changes fast my friends!!😇
