1 February 2023 : My Actifit-Samsung Health Report

A calm cold but dry day today, ideal for a walk.
And finally I can say that the target of 10,000 steps has been reached! It's starting to be a bit of an exception, I know, but today it worked again.
I will have to do my best because otherwise I will destroy all the efforts of the past months. But it's often that weather that throws a spanner in the works... hopefully it will be summer soon, then I can get back to vitamin D and burn calories 😉
